HOW TO CHOOSE THE GENERATOR SET IN THE FARM?
People often ask what kind of generator set should be used on the farm, what kilowatts?
I will briefly introduce here, the general equipment in the farm, divided into two kinds, one is the supply of oxygen in aquaculture equipment, the general need to run for a long time, the other is to want to pulverizer and so on, every day for 1-2 hours, the very use of the machine, than the standby use time.
So how to choose the accurate generator set, to achieve the highest cost performance?
The starting current of many machines is large, generally 2-3 times, which requires the matching generator set to be more than 2 times or even 3 times (water pump). For example, if a 12KW crusher is matched with a generator set alone, it will be 2-2.5 times, so it is better to choose a 30KW generator set!
Of course, the ratio here is not 2 or 3 times the sum of all machine loads, so to speak, the main consideration is the load of the first three machines. This of course refers to the situation in which someone can operate the machine and start it one by one. If you want to boot at the same time, you’d better double it.
Of course, as a generator set manufacturer, combined with my experience, I do not recommend such a ratio, because the cost performance is not high,
The ratio I recommend is to start separately according to specific conditions and then calculate the kw number of generating units required.
For example, the total load of the equipment in the farm is 53KW, among which the largest load machines are 24KW, 12KW and 7.5kW respectively. The rest.
If the ratio is more than twice as large, a 120KW generator set is required to start at the same time.
In fact, it is not necessary to start at the same time. For a machine like this, it can be started individually, first starting the 24KW machine, then starting the 12KW machine, and finally starting the 7.5KW machine. After the high-power machine is started, the rest of the machine will be started.
For those of you who don’t, this is easy,
For a 75KW generator set, starting the first one requires 2-3 times of current, namely 48KW. Meet the starting requirement.
After normal operation, there is 51KW left, and then start the 12KW, it needs 24kW, meet, start,
After normal operation, it will return to normal. There is 39KW left. After starting the 7.5KW, it needs 15KW.
After normal operation, it can be started if there is 31.5KW left and 9.5KW left in the whole load.
So all of these things are turned on, and of course, I’m working with 2 times the current, maybe 2 times, 2.5 times, or 3 times. According to the actual situation, to determine!
The benefit is cost savings, although it sounds like a load, but in fact, just the master switch position control!
